We do: support with CIN, Alloggiati Web submissions and ISTAT duties where they apply, plus collecting and paying the tourist tax.
Can I use the home whenever I want?
Yes. You can block the calendar for personal use. We agree the notice period together on a call.
Is a contract required?
Yes. We offer two options: a lease for subletting (three or six months’ notice) or a management mandate (30 days’ withdrawal). On a call we see which fits you.
